Data Control endpoints

Data Control endpoints allow:-

1. An administrator to post metadata and control information to a control input endpoint e.g. An administrator could update the links in the documentation or the user/role permissions by this route.
2. An administrator to be able to query audit log and metrics information that has been captured by the data product code.
